Gary came to sort my air conditioning out today, what a polite and professional guy he is. He wrote down instructions for me which was extremely kind as I do find technology a bit baffling, especially now I don't have a husband. He sorted the problem out quickly, was very clean and tidy, in fact he was a pleasure to have in my house, and a great asset to your company.
