Totally shocked this company asked for a review! We booked and were all really looking forward to this trip. I emailed them a week before going and never heard from them. We booked our trip based on the fact we were going coasteering. I emailed again a day before our trip, nothing. I tried to call - phones are dead. I sent another email. Nothing. Hoped all going ahead, so we arrive in the IOW Friday lunch time and arrive at our camp site and at 5pm Friday afternoon, a day before, they send out a standard email to cancel due to high winds. Totally understand the reasons, but try to call to rearrange and ask advice on other activities - nothing! Arrive at their site - no-one there. There is absolutely no reason for a company to be so unbelievably rude. It might just be a fun lifestyle business for these owners, but people are genuinely having a hard time at the moment, the least this company can do is communicate. There is absolutely no reason to not pick up the phone and call people back - everyone else does so Covid is not a reason to say they are unable to talk. Today we receive an email thanking us for our business and please do sent a review- well here is my review! They honestly have no idea what is going on - I would now say that I would not trust them what so ever especially with my kids lives.

Incredible coasteering experience. A little honeymoon adventure for us with long lasting memories made. Instructor was completely incredible, knowledgeable and experienced and felt safe in his hands. Thank you!
We had the best time investigating caves and riding waves with Kayaks. Albie was our instructor and he was so nice, going out of his way to give us the experience we wanted and taking photos for us etc, while also being super chilled and easy going. Thank-you!
