Just to share a wonderful experience from one of your Sales staff called Ali. My wife and I had the oppurnuity to have Ali in our humble home to give us a quote for our replacement windows. His manners, neatness and and his customer service was really worth writing in . I had a new door installed and it's going for the 3rd week without being possible to open the door and with a 4mm crack on the top of the door. I don't recommend definitely this company, I'm not having any support, any response to my emails and a problem to be solved. The door fitters didn't supported the brickwork above the door when they removed the old door and they didn't put a new lintel in. Now I have a 4mm crack on the top of the door that are needing now a helibar job apart of installation of the door. I was about to use this company to install the windows and unfortunately I had to cancel the survey and the service.
