Amazing staff. So efficient at dealing with allergy requirements. My order was complicated with all different sorts of changes, but the staff dealt with it so professionally. Wouldn't go anywhere else for burgers, only Annie's. Polite and helpful staff. Highly recommend ordering on the app.

Great food. Great service. Reasonable prices. What’s not to like?!! EDIT 24/11/20 - When we went back in October, the whole staff were very keen to observe social distancing as much as they could, wearing face coverings and making sure diners were observing the one way system around the restaurant and with big dividers up between tables and plenty of space it felt very safe!
Had a takeaway and it was absolutely fantastic, as good as sitting in when times are normal. Portions are generous and well priced. Also highly recommend the breakfast here too especially the lumberjack which I have never managed to finish! Keep up the good work and thank you.
Very tasty burgers and a good drinks selection. Most of the burgers I've had have been great and tasted like a complete product (the Carolina one was brilliant). Only thing stopping me giving a 5 was burger on one occasion that didn't quite deliver. It could have been my personal taste as nothing was 'wrong' so to speak so I hope my next visit will be top tier again and prove this was a one off. Hope to give 5 stars again soon!
The food was excellent but not sure about higiene i get a drink for my wife and after drinking i find out how disgusting the glass was full of lip sticks marks and my wife didn't even use lip stick higiene very very poor...reminding was drink with the strow...
