Due to the current situation we are all affected, my partner was due to finish his final year of university with no graduation. I decided to surprise him instead and have been in touch with Janet for the past couple weeks and I honestly cannot fault anything. Her service was outstanding, always keeping me in the loop and on top, providing us with such a beautiful surprise for my partner. He was gobsmacked! This has definitely put a big smile on both of our faces and this wouldn’t have happened if not for Janet! I requested a balloon Garland for my mums birthday and this beautiful arrangement came. It was put up very quickly and successfully and the reaction throughout my mums birthday was amazing, so much so that we decided to keep them for Christmas as well! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to use again!
I call last minute for a birthday balloons order and was received with a warm welcome and quick response. Delivery was the next day very early for my son surprise and he was in love with the decorations. Quick and easy order / great customer service. I Will recommend and if they did not have what I wanted, I was given options to fill close to what I would like. Many thanks for great service and fast delivery. Please find a way to make the balloons last until next year because he is so in love he doesn't want them to deflate. Lol
Janet was amazing at helping me decorate our place for a birthday party. She and her husband visited the venue beforehand and helped me decide on suitable decorations. If anything, I was too spoilt with the choice! When the day came, the balloons were spectacular and everyone was in awe. Could not speak more highly their professionalism and delivery and definitely will be using their services in the future!
