These guys are amazing! My car is so clean! I had tar on my sides and could not get it off- kinda thought that was it! But no these guys got it off and blew my mind!!!!!

It is indeed useful getting car cleaned while running errands in ocean terminal however next time we go we will just be leaving the car filthy. Got in after having a full valet and the interior smelled of smoke! Even worse was the fact they had switched our child lock off the door and had not set it back again before handing it over. 2 year old decided to open the door while we were driving!! Would not use again or recommend!

I was at a bit of a loose end the other day, so on the spur of the moment I decided to have my car valeted because I was just too lazy to vacuum it myself! Not expecting anything particularly amazing I left the car to be cleaned at Autogroom car valet. To my total surprise I had the car returned in showroom condition. To say I was very pleased was an understatement! The car we have is a 1997 Mercedes. I want to keep it rust protected so it will last for a few more years. Therefore I thought I had a eureka moment - I would cover the car from top to bottom with anti-rust spray meant for metal garden furniture, railings etc. What could go wrong? I was expecting a really polished finish that would be soft to the touch and "invisible" to the naked eye. The complete opposite happened - it ended up looking as if someone had rubbed a scouring pad all over the car. It looked absolutely awful, as if our 'pride and joy' was ready for the scrapyard!! I opted to go back to the same valet service to see if they could help. Although feeling acutely embarrassed, I didn't need to worry. They were very professional and considerate and did a masterful job to bring my car back to superb condition. To conclude, I am deeply indebted to the staff at Autogroom for the hard work, dedication and commitment they did to bring my car back from resembling a clapped out banger. I would like to thank you immensely for all the hard work and dedication you bring to getting cars cleaned and looking immaculate. I highly recommend this company - those who want their car cleaned will be left in awe when they see it again!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS...charged me 35 for such a shabby work on my van. had to re do all the cleaning myself. will never recommend or use these guys ever again.

I had some pvc glue put on my car. They said they could remove it. Got back most of the glue was removed. When I got home I seen most of the bits of bodywork they tried to get the glue off was scratched. It looks likely they used something to scrape it. Very angry my car still has glue over it and now I have scratches all over, so if you want damage to your car then please go.

Autogroom by name Autogrim by nature,outside of my car was filthy when I came back to collect from these chancers,wheels looked like they had not been touched, dirt on the exterior, sweetie papers in the door panels, windows with finger prints and do they use vaccum cleaners because my carpets still had dirt on them. Wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy and I certainly will not be using them again.
