Have been using AMS for several years for my class I medicals. Convenient location. Dr. Tallent and his staff are very pleasant.

Due to an unforeseen personal issue I have had to reluctantly cancel my class one medical. I tried to contact the centre several times to make my cancellation but the website has security issues and would not allow access. I eventually managed to find the phone number, having tried calling for days I could not get hold of anyone and was left with an automated voice message to try another time. I had to email the centre in the end to cancel. Due to my personal situation I have not the time nor energy to have the worry of this and losing out on my deposit. I was told that I would not get my 250 deposit back as I had not contacted them in time despite many tries. It does not sound like much money but due to my current situation it is a lot and they would not even look at the matter for me. Sometimes some good customer service goes a long way, I would never recommend this place
