Ordered a Range dual fuel cooker, installation and removal of old Range cooker. what can i say thats not positive, i have ordered white goods from Beacon Electrical in the past, they are very competitive and the staff are friendly and well informed of the product they are selling. They promised installation on the date i asked for and delivered on their promise. The Gas Safe engineer turned up first and as he was disconnecting the old cooker when the delivery team delivered the new cooker and removed the old cooker. The engineer fitted the new cooker and took my gas fitting up to the Gas Safe standard fitting a bayonet connection as well as a safety chain so the cooker can not pull on the Gas pipe. The install and removal was painless and far exceeded what i was expecting. big thank you to the Beacon Electrical team and especially Ashley who kept me informed at all times of the progress and even offered an early install if i wanted to. regarding the negative comments on here if you have a hard wired appliance i would say you should of stated that to them when you placed the order as i believe most washing machines have a plug and are not normally hard wired in, further more these guys don't know what you have unless you inform them of this. Anyway my wife and myself are extremely happy with the service they provided and will continue to use them in the future again thank you for a first class service.

Still waiting on my tumble dryer that I paid for on the 20th on January online, got a call from the manager the next day saying its not in stock, but as soon as it is you will be the first to know, it's now the 5th of February still no tumble dryer, appalling service when you call up blaming it on the pandemic!!! What so you cannot keep on top of your webpage and update it daily, couldn't even offer me an alternative tumble dryer, worst experience I've had, I would stay well away from this retailer!!!! This is to your reply, you are now LIARS too, my tumble dryer was supposed to be delivered on the 5th of this month oh but now its the 8th, don't you dare try and say you are on time as we know your liars now too

I went here to get LED light bulbs for my annex in 2015 for my support workers to install and the light bulbs were good quality at good value. The staff were very knowledgable and very good with me and my support staff. It is small and in a nice quiet location away from the hassles of the city centre
