Still the same. Much more varied menus but the old faithful mussels still served in many ways either as a starter or main. Beers are amazing with such a variety. Staff are polite and service is very good. Obviously not so crowded these days but I like that. Outside has improved considerably with heated tables to allow dining in cold weather. Have always loved this place. Highly recommended.

Delicious surf and turf. Worked really well and the chips were lovely hand cut sort. Selection of beers to suit every taste and the staff were knowledgeable and obliging. Repeat visit after my husband found it last time he was in Norwich. Selection of chocolate beers worth saving space for!
Amazing little gem hidden right in the heart of Norwich. This place really captures the atmosphere of a genuine 'bruincafe' with an awesome selection of Belgian beers on tap and hearty, home-cooked comfort food. The 2 for 15 lunch menu is amazing value for the quality
Absolutely lovely hostelry, one you'd expect to find out of town. Excellent menu of different alcoholic beverages from Belgium, tried a few, will definitely be going back to try a few more. Nice place to wile away a few hour's eating and drinking and having a pleasant conversation with your partner or friends.
Popped in here for some light refreshment during a visit to Norwich yesterday. Gorgeous building, lovely friendly staff. I had halloumi chips & dips which were absolutely delicious. The cherry beer was superb and I also sampled a raspberry beer which was equally good. Really authentic Belgian bar, it took me back to a visit to Ghent a few years back. So glad I decided to drop in. Highly recommended.
