Great place. Lots of Italian food. Unfortunately because of Covid and Brexit they are not able to get all the food. The staff are very helpful.

1kg OF APPLES IS 17! Attached is receipt which shows I paid 10.20 for 2 apples, 5.10 per apple. I weighted the apples and the total weight is 0.6kg. That means 1kg OF APPLES IS 17! I checked their website and the same Apple is at 4.35 per 500g so at 8.65 per 1kg. These apples in are selling at 0.36 per apple in other stores. See photos attached. I probably don’t have to say anything more for you to see what scam this is. The sales assistant was looking rather scared when I asked for receipt. Their justification is that apples came from Italy. I previously paid similarly ridiculous price for onions.

I used Bellavita for the first time this year to order a Christmas Hamper for my girlfriends parents and I'm sorry to say this will be the last time I use this service. The hamper arrived when it said it would however the \elegant\ box to present the hamper as described on the website did not come with the items so I could not present this how it was delivered. The fact I paid 60 for a hamper you would think it would come in a way you could present it. However I was told that all I would be given is a 5 refund for the box, what they didn't seem to understand was that it was not the cost of the box that was the issue, it was now the inconvenience that I now had to do Bellavita's job for them and arrange the hamper to make it presentable and buy items to make this hamper presentable. If you had offered me a 50% off my next purchase to rectify the issue I would have been happy , but I'm sorry 5 doesn't really cut it. Very poor service.
If you love really good Italian ingredients then this is the place for you! The owners have hand picked everything and the quality really shows! The staff are really friendly and helpful! As an Italian living in London I would highly recommend this place!
