Belvoir have been managing my properties for a number of years now and I have always been completely happy with their service. As I live overseas it's important to me to be able to trust my agent to look after my tenants and my interests. I have always felt this is the case with Belvoir. Recently Anthony & the team handled the sale of one of my properties. They made everything very easy for me from start to finish even through Covid. Beware! I was told from the beginning it was ok that I did not know my exact income being self employed. I explained my income was a very rough estimate on several occasions. I was told that if my income was not enough to rent the house then I could always use the guarantor route. I paid the application fee of 178. I was told my income was now not enough to rent the property. I explained I had managed to find a guarantor. I was then told the Landlord was not willing to rent the house to me. They were not willing to accept a guarantor application either. I have called and emailed in regards to the return of my application fee and been fobbed off. I was told the director would be in touch about this and still no correspondence from them whatsoever. I have kept all emails and correspondence and will now be proceeding to the small claims court.
My husband and I have been very impressed with the service we have received as new landlords. The advice from the team and our consultant Anthony Jackman has been really helpful and made the experience as smooth and trouble free as possible. We have felt he is someone we can trust and also that he has our interests at heart, which is not something we take lightly. We are very happy with our tenants who have been thoroughly vetted and matched with our property. We thoroughly recommend the Belvoir Norfolk office.
Belvoir Lettings has provided a really good service and has been a very positive experience. My biggest regret was trying to manage my property without their services for so long which has subsequently cost me a lot of money to rectify. I have learnt a tough lesson that having a good letting agent is the best way to proceed and Belvoir certainly tick all the boxes. In the closing weeks when I decided to sell my property, they went above and beyond to give me the right support. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
