Honestly terrible, carers do not look after the clients properly and the managers speak to clients like utter rubbish! Everything is just a money scheme to them! Carers are over worked and under paid Managers bully the carers and do not support them or even say sorry when they are in the wrong. Carers dont even get the proper training yet are expected to pay for it if they leave early?..... I would not suggest this company for home care or for working at
