Iv worked for many Care Company in the past but out of all of them bluebird is outstanding in so many ways they look after there staff are understanding, supportive and so caring. All the staff members are hard working and make so much effort with each customer caring for all there needs! Never pressured to do things you don’t want to do it’s a lovely company to work for and I’m honoured to be apart of the bluebird team!

I have been working for Bluebird for a few months as my first job in the care industry. They have been brilliant throughout, the training is excellent, and all staff are very caring and supportive. They use a bespoke care app when you are on call, it saves a lot of paperwork, and the customers' family can see the note instantly. I will recommend Bluebird to anyone interested in working in community care as well as using Bluebird to support their family member in their own home.
