I had a hip op there in 2015 and it was brilliant. So much better than being on a ward and the staff were excellent too.

I give 5stars based upon my experience of having my tonsils out here. Staff polite and consultant very clear and confident. Overall very happy! Update, visited a lovely, clear speaking consultant who described to me that my pain in my ear is not the wisdom tooth its suspected to be a condition named facial anthramyalgia.
If your rich enough you will go too the top of the queue. Simples.
Everyone was freindly and helpful. Very professional keeping me informed at each stage of the process. Would recommend.

Enquired about pricing, spent a good while on the phone giving information over and told I would be called back the same day. 5 days later no call, appointments all now sorted through NHS. Glad I didn't waste my money.
No empathy at All. Shocking how treated and dismissed back to doctors to refer to another department. They don't want to do anything if it involves spending money to get patients well again. Would not waste your money on this back street operation
An absolute shambles, i saw a specialist here who left the company before my follow up appointment. No one told me or called to book my follow up with a different specialist. I found out by calling them, i was told the DR would have taken all my notes with him so i will have to start again. The operator on the phone told me he would call be back with the name of a different back specialist for me to see. I feel like i will be waiting forever for this call so i gave up and have already been an appointment with a different specialist away from BMI. If you pay for private healthcare, you do NOT want to go with BMI, they are useless, you would be better using the NHS or looking elsewhere!
