Shisha Spots

Ruby Crush and Iced Blueberry 20 A fairly new lounge next door to Huqqa Lounge in Park Royal opened 3 months back in August. As I walked in through the large wooden doors I felt like I was Ertugrul, I must say I loved the interior design it was quite unique with a nice waterfall feature wall and various plants plotted everywhere and even a bridge inside the restaurant. The food was good, massive portions for the price. Now onto the shisha, the lounge is located upstairs and is a decent size with plenty of comfortable seating. We waited around 20 minutes to put in our shisha order which could have been better as they were very busy dealing with restaurent customers downstairs. We ordered a mix of 2 mazaya flavours and the shisha came out within 10 minutes. Flavour smoked well for the first few minutes but then slowly started to die down. This was because they use the old school Egyptian bowls which is not best suited for juicy tobacco. I lifted the foil and the tobacco was hash. The clouds were thick and smooth but we were quite underwhelmed the smoke died out this quick. Vibe was ok with a mixture of current UK hits as well as cultural music. Service could be better on the shisha side but on the restaurant side it was excellent. Overall a worthy visit I will definitely come again for the food and maybe shisha as they open for breakfast parking free for 3 hours in the Asda opposite.

Do not eat here as the food is amazingly bland and the meat is not even cooked well. Service takes an age. Most people are just taken back by the strange decor and over look the food.

Great place with nice indoor waterfall and spacious hall to accommodate parties. Highly priced menu items compared to quality (including shisha). Very friendly staff though.

Avoid this place, bad service and took a long time to serve as we waited more than an houre serving us burned kebab, all their plates, knifes and forks smells vinegar, the honor was very rude.

I worked at this venue to decorate it for events (Angels and Gypsies). The team is really lovely and accommodating and the food is great!

Attended London Qawwali Night Event.Venue design is good. Waiting service was awful & very disorganized and unable to cope with large crowd. Tables had no menus, had to get up 3-4 times, ask 3-4 different people about taking our small order of 2dishes which arrived 1.5 hrs later, without plates to eat in, without chips or our drinks. Had go get plates myself, we ate but had no drinks. Had to get up & ask 3-4 waiters before getting water (still no drinks the entire time). It spoilt the experience as I might as well have cooked the food & served it to myself! They tried to charge us for full order even though we didn't get drinks!! Don't hire this place for your event!

Amazing food and amazing atmosphere. Probably the best interior designs I've seen for a restaurant / shisha place.
