We commissioned Bounce Video to produce 17 5-minute story films and five 30-minute films to be used as a study course. The subject matter was extremely sensitive and represented a wide range of perspectives and life experiences. The work involved managing the needs of a number of high profile stakeholders and needed to be executed within a tight, non-negotiable timeframe. The sensitivity, understanding, creativity and vision that Bounce Videos brought to the project was remarkable. Their understanding of the aims of the project was excellent. The story films that Bounce Videos produced have been acclaimed - without exception - to be outstanding, professional and profoundly moving. The people featured in the films enjoyed working with Bounce Videos and were very happy with the finished films. The course films were complex to put together and involved employing presenters. Bounce Video found excellent presenters and were extremely responsive to the multiple and complex requests that we made, often within high time pressures. We could not have asked for a better team to work with and recommend Bounce Videos unreservedly.

I work with a small charity which supports young migrants and we have just finished filming our second video with Grace and her team. The first one we did with her was a year or so ago, and we are so pleased with it that we've come back to Bounce for the next one. Grace is lovely to work with. She is a great combination of friendliness and professionalism; pragmatism and perfectionism. Our resources are necessarily extremely limited, but Grace is still able to produce work of the highest quality. We have found her approachable, flexible, enthusiastic and full of ideas - but ready to listen to the suggestions of others. Everyone involved in the films liked her a lot and enjoyed the process. I would definitely recommend Grace, and hope to work with her again some time.
My company has used Bounce Video twice now to produce promotional videos for our Post Graduate Diploma courses at Oxford University. Not only were the resulting videos superb quality and edited to our exacting standards, but as the filming took place during residential weekends (featuring busy students and tutors) their professionalism on-site and unobtrusive way of working ensured that the whole process went very smoothly.
