Our experiential approach – learning by doing – is very powerful in embedding and extending skills development. Thorough debriefing sessions at the end of each activity ensure that participants are able to feed back on their individual contributions as well as those of the team. The value of the activities is unveiled during these debriefing as this is where delegates share opinions, discuss ideas, create action plans, and begin the process of personal growth. As well as our team and leadership programmes, we also deliver early talent programmes. These are designed with the apprentice or graduate development managers to ensure that they dovetail with your induction and development programme. Our tailored programme content will give your staff the skills needed for a successful transition from student life to the business world. We will introduce them to the fundamental leadership, team working and inter-personal skills required to be a success in the workplace. On site we have a residential facility with 5 meeting rooms, dining area and fully licensed bar. Our Lodge building can accommodate up to 42 in en-suite bedrooms or alternatively our Chalet building can accommodate up to 100 people. Our clients include John Lewis , BMW, British Airways and BAE. They return to us for multiple programmes because they know we take the time to understand their aims and requirements and they see the results our programmes have on their graduates, teams and leaders. Bowles is a charitable trust dedicated to providing life-changing experiences for young people from disadvantaged backgounds. Any profit from our L&D programmes goes directly into the trust.
