The taxi drivers are lovely. However the only thing I have to complain about is just how rude and nasty the operator was to a taxi driver! Abusive, aggressive and nasty! No taxi driver should be treat how this taxi driver was by an operator. This taxi operator should be ashamed of himself. But apart from a lovely company Replying to response: I was a bit shocked with what I was told. Please tell the apologise to the operator. I think I was a bit shocked. I am very sorry to the operator

Worst experience I ever had . I am 60 years old lady who booked a taxi to the airport . Taxi arrived 25 min late and when taxi arrived the driver Said he will be charging extra because I had 2 big suitcase with me . I never known a taxi company who charge extra because you was carrying 2 suitcases with you . I refused to pay extra charge so taxi driver left . I rang the taxi office To let them know what happened and I wanted another taxi because I didn’t want to miss my flight . I spoke to someone called Hussain who was extremely rude and refused to help me . They refused to send another taxi because they were off their feet and busy doing school runs and hung up on me . I had to get another taxi . This is totally unacceptable and poor customer service. I don’t know why they have got a taxi licence . I am scared after the way they treat me as a customer . I know what time school runs . Don’t try to be oversmart with me . This happened when I was going away . Now I am back at my home . Also yes your driver was asking for extra money for luggage. You check your old reviews and few other people have mentioned the same . Many people don’t put any review here. So god knows how many people had gone through this with your company . I did speak to Hussain . I rang your office and asked for a senior guy then I spoke to Hussain . It’s not my fault if your staff gave me wrong name . The person I spoke with probably is you . I have told my friends and family to maintain the distance from this taxi company .
Your driver is aggressive towards the child. VO22GJE Black Honda. When we called the dispatcher he did not even listen to us.
WORST TAXI COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED! I never write reviews but I felt as though this complaint was definitely needed following a very bad experience with this firm. The operator is so rude and does not know how to speak to people properly. Also avoid the driver in a BLACK ASTRA! Ask if he is coming for your job and if he is, request someone else. He is evil! He didn't believe that I had money at the end of my journey where he was dropping me off so when I explained to him he stopped the car and told me and my 3 young children to get out of the car in the middle of nowhere (bearing in mind this was at 8:30am and we were getting late for school!) I tried persuading him that I had money but he didn't care. My young daughter was crying her eyes out (she was distraught when she went to school!) and he didn't even show a sign of remorse! Evil I would say. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, CALL ANOTHER LOCAL FIRM!

Refused to take us with luggage. Even though we booked a large car for 4 bags. Driver just went didn’t even query with the office. Missed train to airport because of this. Deplorable company avoid at all costs
Used these guys for many years. I once had a not too great experience with one driver but have since spoken to Maj the manager at this place who handled the issue with a great deal of professionalism and I am now satisfied. Appreciate the great customer service when a problem was raised Maj! On the whole a good honest firm!
