I had been to many shops looking for the perfect prom dress but Bridal Oasis was by far the best and the only successful one out of them all. The staff are amazing, the most friendliest people and helped me find the most perfect prom dress for me. As soon as i arrived we received a warm welcome and had time to look at the dresses just us. They have a huge selection and variety of the most amazing dresses i’ve seen! It was a 1 to 1 session so the staff could help me in the best way to pick out my dress and they didn’t rush us at all giving us all the time we needed. Also this made my experience there a lot more comfortable for me. The staff were 100% honest too which helped me massively to find the dress made for me. I didn’t buy any of the dresses i chose out, actually the women who was helping me picked out the magnificent dress i went home with which shows she knew what suited me the best. As soon as i saw my dress that she picked out i instantly fell in love! I’ve already had family members asking me where i got my prom dress from because it was perfect and made me look and feel just like a princess on my prom day! The most relaxed prom dress shopping trip ever thanks to Bridal Oasis. Would definitely recommend!
Once they have your Money they couldn't care less. Never responds to messages, never sorts out problems and my fiancee had to take her dress away and sort all the alterations and steaming of the dress at her own expense. Like Kelly who left a review 7 months ago if you was thinking of buying your dream dress please go elsewhere.
