Very friendly helpful staff. Supplies are awesome. Great variety of habitats. Very good at explaining the types of hamsters they have. They have very clean habitats for each animal. More than happy to go that extra mile in helping me choose a Syrian hamster. They allowed me to pay for my hamster and to collect a few days later, because I wanted to get my habitat ready first before my hamster could come home. The staff was very understanding about this. They sell good variety of substrates .

Brought two 9 week old female Guinea pigs just over a week ago for my grandson 2nd birthday paid 131 for the Guinea pigs and set up, one had little sneeze i was told that was probably just a bit of sawdust so anyway get home and seemed OK still sneezing then notice discharge under chin and bit of head tilt and not eating as well, take to vets today and she has a server chest infection!! Two injections and antibiotics, also recovery food as very under weight, and we now have to pray that the other one don't get it and the one that has it don't pneumonia and die I rang and spoke to head of animal's who was very unhelpful indeed didn't care at all to say I'm very disappointed is a understatement and I will never use that pet shop again!!!! I suggest they look into were they get there animals from.
