Doors look amazing and service was great. Fab communication, delivery into the house despite the fact they weighed a tonne. Doors v. high quality solid wood. Rated down as there was some (minor) damage but nothing that couldn't be fixed with some quick filler

AVOID - They sent the wrong item 5 weeks ago. They have promised 3 times to have it collected and issue a refund. Ive waited in each time and they never turn up. Still no refund and now not replying to emails. Will prob never get the money back. Terrible customer services

Cannot fault these guys. I read a few reviews after placing my order and so was a little nervous but I genuinely have to say 10/10 for service and delivery - 3 x Velux bought plus flashing kits. The only thing was one of the flashing kits was incorrect BUT the driver had no problem taking it back and the next day I received a new one. Really great turn around and surprised all round, expectations surpassed - thank you, not much more you can ask for. Whilst some people may have had issues I can honestly say I will buy with you again.

I used BSO when me and my wife replaced our kitchen. We spend hours and hours going into showrooms and builders merchants looking at different styles of kitchens. We soon found out that most places do the same kitchens but at completely different prices. When we spoke with BSO they were great ! i showed them the plans and told them the ball park figure i was hoping to spend based on other companies. They beat the price of everyone else and made delivery within 3 days which was 3 weeks quicker than homebase and B&Q . I couldn't recommend them highly enough . I'll be coming back when we move on to our next project.
