AVOID!!! By far the WORST experience I have ever had with any supplier. As a trade customer I deal with a broad spectrum of suppliers and without a doubt, this company is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. They literally never call you back. I was forced to chase missing orders for weeks and each time I eventually got through I was told someone would call me back - of course no one ever did! Their phone system also seems to cut you off with a pre-recorded message saying "we will call you back"after about 2 minutes on hold. On average it would take about 6 attempts until I got through. I ordered 4 different products from 4 different suppliers through this company, I gave pretty simple instructions that I needed to know when the 4 different deliveries were due so I could arrange to be on site to receive them. The first 3 deliveries took ages and rocked up to site with no prior notice (obviously I wasn't there). The 4th delivery never turned up. A month after ordering I chased with a further phone call and asked to speak to a manager or someone in a position of responsibility, I was fobbed off and told to email them! Shortly thereafter I got an email saying this product was on backorder and asking what I wanted to do... Repeatedly spoke to a Lee and a Jack, both of which promised me a call back from customer services or their manager Mandy. Never heard a peep after the phone call was terminated.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Item showed in stock on the website and I paid more for next day delivery. No delivery arrived. No phone call. Live chat takes 30 minutes to answer and don't care. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID BSO. They don't care about customers and the internet reviews show this is their standard practice!

Building Supplies Online Ltd, STAY CLEAR.... TOTAL CON!!! I have made an online purchase of 1,525.62 using my PayPal for 12 doors and 11 door handles on 12.May.2018, Saturday and realised that 2 of the doors were wrong size so I sent an email on 13.May.2018, Sunday asking them to simply change the order. By this time I still have not received any order confirmation. Next day 14.May.2018, Monday at 9.06 am I have received the order confirmation stating the wrong doors. Obviously the first working day after the online order was placed someone walked into the office and processed the order without changes although they had the message asking for changes. Then I called them on the same day to clarify the changes and talked to customer services. They said that the order was already processed and they cannot change the order but they can cancel the part that was wrong so I can re-order it. I have agreed to cancel 10 of the doors as 2 of them were wrong size and asked for refund. They said that would be fine. However on the same day I received a call from delivery company asking me when they can deliver 12 doors. From there everything simply gone wrong. Countless number of calls and emails but I simply cannot get any result. I even have an email stating that they have processed the refund and I should receive it soon but unfortunately so far nothing. They have not even responded my recent emails since Friday and ignoring me. Last email I have received stating that delivery will be only for 2 doors not for the whole order of 12 doors and I should get refund for the 10 doors which the delivery is organised for 22.May.2018, Tuesday but no refund and no answer to my calls and emails. Terrible customer Service. Stay Clear. BSO never again!!!
