Sent order by email. Received automated email response saying someone would be in touch very soon . No response. Telephoned, was told order had been dealt with, it had not. Was then given price much higher than website price which had been confirmed on automated email response. Was told they didn't have time to update website. Was told they were not prepared to honour website price. Representative was very rude. Would never consider this company again.

The Clueless Celebratories

Quality of wood was good and with initial large order enquiry they were helpful but when it came to trying to return a few items that were surplus and purchase a few extra bits the service was awful. Having submitted multiple requests online through their website and having left 3 answer phone messages over a 3 week period nobody came back to me. When I eventually spoke to someone the lady was abrupt. Said there is a 30% restocking charge to return anything which isn't advertised anywhere before ordering. Her excuse for nobody returning my messages or online contact was that I must email the email address on the invoice ??? Strange that when I was putting in a large order initially they were quick to respond on both the website link & phone but not keen to make contact on a returns. I wouldn't have ordered additional items had I known there was a restocking charge. There excuse is it is stated on the invoice but one only gets this after collecting your order !!!! I will think twice about ordering from them in future.
