Always a lovely station, clean and easy to navigate. There's an entrance at either end of the station, with ticket machines on both sides, so its very convenient. There is even a ticket office at the far end of the station, which is helpful for the elderly (or people that can't, or don't want to use the machines). Fast trains run to Euston from this station, and when everything is back to normal I can't wait to jump on one again!

Great fun to get a little way out of London. Have always loved trains and nice to see the high speed ones tanking it through the station I actually got a little confused and got on the fast platform through to Euston so read rhe signage carefully. Seemed a clean and tidy station but did not see lifts for disabled access Bit open bet it gets totally freezing there in Winter

The station was pretty much what you expected, only drawback was there wasn't any lifts or escalators which was a pain seeing we had a buggy and our luggage's.

Their ticket machine ate my ten pound note, crashed and then the station refused refund me my money.
