I had a breakdown just outside of Stafford. It was almost 5pm, I rang them and explained the problem but they were about to close and I couldn't push the bike to them in time.... but that didn't matter! They came out after hours and ran a quick diagnostic on the bike, helped me get it running again and could not have been more helpful! If I'm ever in town again and need a mechanic, these are the guys I will go to! A special thanks to Jim for coming to the rescue of a very cold (and cranky) damsel in distress stranded far from home!
