There was an issue with my order which I didn’t discover until after we have finished our starters. After a quick phone call the customer service was second to none with a fresh main course delivered (with an extra surprise of pudding - very yummy) We will be back again as we have in the past and hopefully be able to book a table there soon.

The only fault I could find with this place (and trust me I'm being picky here) is no serviettes were given at gge beginning of the meal and when eating ribs you need one. There were 3 of us the service was fantastic, waiters and waitress alike. All polite, friendly and helpful with a smile despite masks (you could see it in their eyes. The music playing in the background was a mariachi band playing, Delilah, Rio, Living on a Prayer to name just a few. We loved it, VERY entertaining The food was glorious absolutely delicious. With CJ \branded\ on my burrito. Glasses frozen to keep your drink cold. 67change for 3 starters, 3 main meals and 6 pints of Pepsi. I think that's really good value for a late Saturday lunch/early evening meal. Highly HIGHLY recommended
Bare burger with cheese and bacon with smoked pulled pork. Fantastic food, tasted great, really friendly service. Will definately go again if I'm in the area.
My pet hate for many restaurants being somewhat chewed up old tatty menus, since there is little excuse for them. Poor presentation. Unfortunately here these needed replacing, a very cheap easy fix but definitely noticeable to all customers. Also no drinks menu was available, which would have been useful. Decor and fittings were a little tired, although it does somewhat befit the old western style atmosphere, which is pleasant enough. Plenty of room at the table my party was seated at, waitresses were cheerful and helpful. Service was prompt, albeit on a quiet evening. Food was nicely cooked and presented. The fajita meal could have done with one or two more tortillas, it was impossible to fit all the filling into the four provided. This could be viewed as a positive in one way, all the meal portions were generous. Average pricing for the area. Worth a visit if you're into tex mex food like I am. Spend a pittance and sort out the menus though.....
I Love love LOVE this restaurant it is now one of mine and my friends favorite place to go for food and a good time. For years I heard how good Cactus Jacks was but I never took any notice until i went for a work frinds leaving dinner and I knew my bf would love it. It is a cowboy themed restaurant with ah-mazing food and really good service we always tip generously.
