I would like to thank Norica and her team of carers for the exceptional care given to my mum Beryl. Mum grew very fond of the carers, who always ensured my mums dignity and comfort at all times. When we needed more care visits, they were put into place straight away, ensuring mum had continuity of care. Working in care myself I was a little worried about having strangers looking after my mum, I had no reason to worry, . I felt I could rest when I wasn’t with her as I knew the carers would be going in and look after her. Thank you so much Caremark mum couldn’t have wished for better care xxx
