The staff were super nice and friendly. They were patient and understanding of my situation and made me feel welcomed. This has literally been the best experience I've ever had in a phone shop. I didn't feel like an idiot and my request was dealt with as efficiently as possible!
Been with CW for many years. Always found a friendly and polite team but, they are a sales force and NOT EVERYONE will prioritise your needs over securing a sale - longer serving staff tend to be better at this. If like me, you’re particular about your phone spec and contract terms, then it will pay to do your homework and have some idea about what you want and what is available, to avoid ending up with a deal that may be great but, that doesn’t actually meet your personal needs!!!! The sale process can take up to a few hours well, so be prepared...
I received the best service at Carphone Warehouse in Harrow. Utkarsh (the manager) and Florin the Sales Rep not only helped me find the a good phone but really provided me the best customer service and the best deal. In addition, the guys were very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. This is what customer success is all about. Truly delighting customers. I would recommend anyone to go to Carphone Warehouse in Harrow.
Wife ordered phone. Promised it would arrive 11am Called shop many times to check, they never pick up the phone. Keep you on hold 20 minutes then hang up. Drove to shop at 3pm, phone had not arrived. They PROMISED to call us at 5pm either way to confirm. They didn’t call obviously. Called many times more hold, impossible to speak to anyone. Completely pointless.

Last week my Samsung S7 suddenly died on me with no warning. Googled what to do but to no avail. Popped along to Carphone Warehouse in Harrow because I needed to speak to people who knew smart phones! George had a look for me and unfortunately couldn't get it to work either and I agreed to put it in for repair. I can't praise George highly enough. He was patient and helped me put my new SIM in my old J3 so I could continue to use the phone and even checked if he could save some memory so I could use the phone effectively. The quote for the repair was very reasonable and I got it back today full functional with a long list of items that 'Team Knowhow' replaced and the quote was honoured even though I'd effectively got a new phone. All in all a very positive experience and would recommend both Carphone Warehouse and Team Knowhow wholeheartedly. Thank you guys for a brilliant customer service experience which is very rare in this day and age.
Really waste of time.staff not trained. Give lot of hassle to me.im not going again even people don't go who just go for quote even.i got big trouble because of that.so quit carphone warhouse for permanent.
