Will never use again. Ordered via uber eats at 17.25,meant to be delivered between 18.30 and 18.40. No sign,so rung up at 18.50 to be told it was being packed,30 minutes later still no sign. Finally arrived after 2 hours,bearing in mind,we live close by. Could of been redeemed if the food was good but sadly no. Pizza's cold,not cut properly and overcooked,chips cold,potato skins(only 4) cold. Wish i had looked at reviews first!! Pity you have to give 1 star

A 2 hour wait even though it was estimated at 35 minutes. On phoning to request an update was dealt with by a very rude female member of staff. She made it much worse, no sign of an apology or understanding. When the food finally arrived (cold) the pizza boxes were crushed and the toppings stuck to the lids. The chips were wet and soggy. So summing up - a two hour wait for inedible food which went in the bin. Order at your own peril!!

Ordered through food hub at half past 4, quarter to 6 my food still hadn't arrived, so I rang only to be told I pre ordered for 18.05 which is utter nonsense, half past 6 my food still hadn't arrived, so I rang yet again to be told its because I pre ordered for 18.05 to which my reply was well if that was true which it isn't its now half past 6! I was told my food is leaving now with the driver but he has 4 more drops to do beforehand! Food turned up freezing cold and was disgusting, bit of advice guys do not order from this place 22 wasted!

Ordered online. Food was meant to arrive after an hour and 10 mins. It didn’t. When I phoned the customer service was shocking. Took nearly 2 hours to arrive. Receptionist just said it was busy at the weekend and that is the way it is if you order online. I suggested popping a couple of free cans of pop in to appease the situation. Was told no and it would have to be 2 hours before they did that. Ordered food at 7.20 - it arrived after 9! Would never order from here again and will pass on to all who I know.

Ordered at 5.30 on their website was told 90 minutes after 1 hour 45 minutes I rang to be told it’ll be another hour or so and that I didn’t place the order til 6.15 which was a lie, absolutely shocking why keep taking orders if you clearly can’t keep to the delivery time frame, 3 kids crying thanks
