Ordered from here yesterday 12 Feb 21. Very disappointed with the taste; 1. Prawn Toast - greasy and prawns like rubber. 2. Ribs - ridiculously salty and luminous (stained the fingers orange) Had a taste of over used cooking oil too. 3. Crispy duck was not crispy at all (soggy and greasy) and to top things off they forgot the plum / Hoisin sauce. The duck also had a taste of overused / burnt cooking oil.

I rate this place a solid 75.6 out of 45.9 definitely better that 12 out of 10. Would eat this take out before a kamikazee mission if I would ever embark on one, not likely tho, so I'll just eat it because it's good. Best I personally had I think. Spring rolls cripsy as a great fresh spring roll, and just the feeling of quality and care is there. And free prawn crackers too, that's a sure way to keep me happy, I love free prawn crackers. If I was ever asked by aliens visiting earth why this takeaway had not been deemed a national treasure by the Queen of this country I would honestly have to say that I have no idea. Unless it would be by that time, and than I would say that it was becouse its great. Because it is great. And than I would ask this good aliens for help with developing nuclear fusion faster to get free energy to everyone on the planet so we could all chill and enjoy this takeaway more. Cheers

Disgusting, stodgy flavourless rice, soggy tiny portions of battered chicken, once again flavourless. The prawn soup had 2 prawns in it and was just heat, very little flavour. Chips looked frozen, or at the very least warm ups. (A few minutes after opening that doesn't bode well.) Absolutely vile, worst chippy I've ever had in Runcorn. Never again

Decided to try this place last night after spotting it when taking my son for a haircut just round the corner. We got chicken noodles, sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style and egg fried rice. The food was fantastic. The chicken was fresh and tasty, the noodle dish was devoured by my son and the rice was white and fluffy (unlike some places where it’s brown and dry). The portions were generous and the price very reasonable and cheaper than many other places in the area. I will definitely be using it again even though it’s a bit further from me than a few other chinese take aways.
