Ordered through just eat, food took nearly an hour and a half to arrive and was cold. Phoned after waiting an hour and they said they had just sent it out. Furthermore the toasties weren't toasties at all and were bread with lukewarm filling and the loaded fries were warm in the middle and cold on the outside. I would look at ordering somewhere else as you could have hot food that actually arrives on time.

Do not order hot food falsely advertised on website. Ordered \mozzarella cheese and tomato panini with marinara sauce and balsamic glaze\ I received a grated cheese and tomato roll with no sauce or even butter let alone glazed. Duty manger refused to do anything and blamed uber eats. Terrible service and a total con! Would upload photos if I could
These guys made us wait over an hour for a straight forward order. Their driver couldn’t find an obvious house on the main road despite parking right outside it. We then discovered that they had got the order wrong. It took forever for them to answer the phone and as soon as I started explaining the situation they hung up the phone call. I called again and this time they said they will deliver the order the next day - what’s the point of that?! The simple order for milkshakes is literally printed out for them and even then these clowns find it too hard to it right. Unbelievable. I'm not the only one complaining about their errors - check out the other reviews on Just Eat before ordering. Many local people have also left bad reviews relating to cold food, late deliveries, wrong orders, bad telephone etiquette and a general disregard for customer service.
Shocking! Paid the expensive prices for less than satisfactory food to arrive cold and over an hour late. Rubbish, don't waste your time or money!
Welcoming staff and service, food similar to Creams but for lower prices.. a good experience overall!
