Great advice massive wait for help
I went to them for help on October 8th and can honestly say they didn't help me at all. I needed help with a 'right of way' problem down an unadopted road. First she didn't know anything about it & said it needed a solicitor. Fair enough but when I asked her for the name of a solicitor who would give me half hours free advice she told me she wasn't allowed to give this information. Then she went off & printed me the names of solicitors who you have to pay! I said 'If you can give me the names of pay for solicitors why can't you give me the names of free ones? She said 'I would if I could but I don't know any' previously she'd told me she wasn't allowed to. I know they're volunteers so I shouldn't complain really. I do however think I had a right to better help than I was given.
