I have a rental property near Norwich, and required short-notice assistance with an old woodburner installation that had failed. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Rob was able to attend the property within a week to assess the job, provide advice and guidance, sort out a quote, recommend and collect a replacement woodburner, and schedule in the work along with a chimney sweep. His professionalism was immediately apparent to me on the telephone; his dealings with my tenants and neighbours backed this up and his communication with me throughout the process was excellent. Rob and the team have done a great job installing a wood burner into my conservatory. He conducted a home visit during lockdown abiding to social distancing, quoted a very competitive price and installed within a month. During install worked Clean and organised and if the wood burner was not there you would not have known any building work had taken place! Would highly recommended.

From obtaining a quote to final fitting, nothing was too much trouble, all works were explained. Apart from the new stove you would not know that Rob and Ryan had been on site. Everything was left clean and tidy, ready for decoration. Little things like painting fixings made a brilliant job into an excellent job. Advice was given on how to get the best out of the wood burner. I would highly recommend this, friendly, professional team.
