Tried the takeaway for the first time tonight and we cannot praise the place highly enough! Exceptional value (we had the bento boxes, which come with a main meal, based on rice or noodles, several sides, pickles and a can of drink for 11.00), surprisingly quick delivery and absolutely delicious food! We look forward to exploring the rest of the menu over the coming months.

The appearance within the take-away does lead you to question the cleanliness, as does the mould on the inside of the window by the menu! I half-considered simply throwing it, but having fancied Katsu curry all morning I decided to chance it. A reasonably tasty offering, generous portions but nothing that would set the world on fire. A quick review of the food Hygiene rating on-line (March 2013) records it as "2 - Improvement Necessary" Perhaps I should have checked the notice before eating it! It's up to you folks.....do you want to roll the dice? Your call.
This is one of my favourite places to order food from in Brighton. Great selection of dishes and the food is always top notch. We have had the occasional missing item, but the staff are always friendly and help us sort it out. Try the Veggie Bento Box, and the Teriyaki hash browns!
Ordered the chicken gyoza takeaway, aubergine/tofu dish and tuna sushi and all were not good either in taste or presentation (the tuna was off in colour). I forced myself to try a small bite of each, but was hesitant to eat more of the tuna sushi or aubergine dish for fear of stomach-ache. If you want Japanese takeaway, I would recommend others, like Sushi Garden.
Really nice fresh veggie options. So popular its difficult to get through on the phone at weekends but its worth the wait.
Genuinely one of the best meals i've had in a long time! had chicken chilli karaage don and it was very good. Also the bento box is a bargain, loads of food. Will definitely eat here more often.
Fresh sushi.authetic Japanese tapas, tasty Katsu curry. Reasonable price for delivery and collection.
Seriously delicious Japanese take out. The aubergine miso yaki was brilliant
