I have successfully used them before but on this occasion they gave me misleading information on a skip delivery which delayed my project. I sent a letter of complaint but no acknowledgement or response has been received to date. I don't like the it now they have introduced the 10 day hire. My builder does not work weekends, therefore the skip hire is actually only for 6 working days. Expensive. Also to keep a skip for another week on road works out to be about 77. Again expensive.

Fantastic service, needed to clear some old lawn and did not want the cost of a skip with permit. Ordered a skip bag, arrived the following day. Called late on Monday afternoon and collected on Tuesday. Fantastic service, just ordered a second bag. Thanks Colsons..

Used Colson Grab hire twice now. Very reasonably priced and the service and communication second to none. Professional service throughout and on both occasions drivers have been polite and highly skillful. I alway like to see nice clean well maintained vehicles as well as this gives an indication of the firm too. Highly recommended
