Very disappointed in quality of care and overall service. Given a negative review via their customer service after a recent visit. I then received an email about taking my animals care elsewhere! No call nothing and on top of having the vac4life which is non transferable! Highly recommend not taking the vac4life as if you dare to use our freedom of speech you will be kicked out! Also heard they have been difficult on care to my neighbour pet...!!!

Everything was explained thoroughly and was a bit worried about having anaesthetic but my cat recovered well and wouldn't know he had anything done. Always been to vet companion with all my pets and always had excellent service and staff friendliness

I went into companion care in Northampton town, pets at home. Absolutely mortified. Was told my guinea pig was all well and healthy. I knew he had a problem to then go to another private vets to find he has bumble foot which was my main reason I booked a vet appointment!!! Absolutely terrible wouldn’t recommend at all!! Useless.

Managed to get my dog seen fairly quick after sending in a photo of his injury. Vet and team very friendly and put me at ease. My dog was looked after well, the vet was also thorough in explaining options/outcomes.
