WARNING: SCAMMERS Brought my Lenovo laptop with a cracked screen. I paid a hefty amount upfront and was promised a repair in 2 days. As it happened, I got the laptop back 4 weeks later, heavily damaged (the screen chassis was bent by force) and not working properly. That PC is now defunct. I won't even describe the odyssey of a month without pc and being served ludicrous excuses, such as \the ship carrying the replacement has lost its way\. Now, I trusted the reviews, which seemed excellent, and learned the truth the hard way. This place and the nearby \Laptop repair service\ are one and the same, and engage in customer fraud. But don't take my word for it and see for yourself: most reviews are fake accounts, with circa 3 reviews each and a five star rating. Negative reviews are dismissed by the owner with a \fake review\ comment. These guys are scammers, most likely incompetent, and absolutely dishonest. Stay clear and trust someone else. Attached is the receipt for proof.
SCAMMER ALERT They stole the motherboard from my computer after a month trying to solve a problem with my graphics card. In addition to being aggressive, especially the owner of this shop, they do not answer phone calls. Warning to foreigners and tourists not to go to this place, they are scoundrels. With them I have thrown more than 600 in the trash. Hopefully someone in London can sue them, 100% willing to collaborate.
They don't even deserve even a star. I do not recommend them at all. Last April, I took my computer. They opened up the back, took one look at it and told me it was a fan issue that would take one day and cost 300 to repair. Next day they told me it is not a problem of the fan and it is not worthy to fix and it is better to buy a new one. The manager offered me another laptop and told me it is a new one [which looked new]. I was in a rush as I was about to travel to attend a conference and was in need of a laptop. I bought it. They charged me a nother 75. When I started using it I discovered that it is not new and they deceived me. When I tried to return it back after backing home they refused. The biggest mistake I made was that I forgot to take the receipt from them as I was in a hurry. I do not recommend them at all.
Overpromise and underdeliver. This chap working there is not the friendliest. Please avoid.
