Been ringing for almost a week to have skip removed. Was apparently down as urgent removal for today but still hasn't been removed. Wouldn't use this company again.

Quite possibly the worst waste collection service in Staffordshire. 0 for customer service 0 for customer solutions 0 for problem management Had 4 commercial bins for 18 months now and they hardly ever turn up on time to empty them. They have taken payments several times before they have even made a collection. A joke of a company which keeps getting sold on to new owners as they realise that it worse than they first thought when buying. Avoid this company at all costs!!
