Really a worth to visit. We were almost the only visitors. It got wet, but it went perfectly with the setting and mood. I do love this place! Surrounded by a picturesque village which is so nice! With small lovely shops and a great meal in the pub The Greyhound which we highly recommend! One of our nicest stops during our trip to England in October.

This has been an incredible experience and such a detailed walk through the castle's history. The scenery is breathtaking and the small touches such as the Halloween games and the writings have made the visit very exciting as well as informative. Thank you to the staff for being so welcoming. P.S. the town is also delightful.
A very interesting attraction that is worth the price. Here you can marvel at the history, solve puzzles and take some nice pictures. A good hour spent and all the female staffs were very friendly and professional. There is a tent after the entrance to the castle where they do check the names on a list and the times. Here is also a range of leaflets to guide through the castle.
A beautiful location to visit. Rich in history. It’s a shame it was destroyed years ago after it fell. I can only imagine the majesty of what it used to look like in its true form. I got engaged here at the top of the castle it is such a beautiful view and romantic place that i felt that it would be the perfect place. There’s is not much further to say except give it a visit if you are in the area. It can be quite busy to get there as the roads leading to the castle are usually hectic on a busy day so be aware of that.
Lovely 1000 years old castle (ancient skyscraper) sitting on top of a lonely mountain with excellent views. Staff is lovely and helpful. Soo much things to see and the view from the top is surreal.
