Very high praise for the staff here. They were very knowledgeable and helpful when I visited today to buy some walking boots for my 13 year old lad. We needed a decent pair as we will be walking Hadrian's Wall in a couple of weeks. The staff member carefully measured or lad's get and went to great lengths to make sure they were during properly including walking on a cobbled incline. Also have advice on how to really check them over the next couple of days (with assurance they would refund if not worn outside). Heartily recommend this store.
