Just wanted to say how amazing and professional this clinic is! All staff are lovely, knowledgeable and they will make you feel comfortable and like at home from when you first step into clinic! To add, I had a great first results after my skin treatments and now I know more about my skin and how to use the right products thanks to my aesthetician! Thank you so much! Several family members have been coming to this clinic for over ten years and when I recently joined, I felt extremely welcomed. I find my therapist, Norelle really comfortable to be around, she always checks on me throughout the procedure and is very efficient. Helen on reception is also great, as a university student I have restricted time for appointments, only on weekends when I’m home. Helen is so accommodating and always tries to squeeze me in! I love the relaxed environment you all create and am loving the results of the laser treatment!!!
The Birmingham branch staff are lovely. Helen at reception is always so willing to accommodate appointments and the clinical staff are caring and thoughtful. Always had a good experience there.
Fantastic Clinic.! I have been coming to this clinic almost 4 years know. I can’t recommend Courthouse clinic highly enough. The staff are so polite, caring and very professional. Always giving me the right advice and help. The atmosphere is very warm and welcome every time I visit the clinic. The receptionist’s Helen and Jane are amazing, caring and very helpful. The therapists I have my treatment done by is a lady called Ansari. She is very knowledgeable and professional, makes my treatment very relaxing. I recommended this clinic to my mum, who is also a regular client. Amazing staff and therapists, thank you for all your support. Best Clinic in Birmingham!.. x
