The customer service in cricklewood was terrible. I went to the desk in the morning to asked if he can help me print my ticket because I forgot my credit card. He told me that he was busy!? Why bother working there if he will not help customer? If this was someone else they will starting to panic because they will be late either work or any appointment. My advice is train the employer more in customer service and also the area of london because some of them do not know where is luton where is bedford I mean seriously is platform 2 they had to say!?
