I recently bought a car from Crompton Way Motors and the process was really smooth. There was no pressure, no sales pitch or stuffiness. It's a welcoming place, unlike other showrooms. I went in knowing what I wanted and wasn't pressured to buy extras or sign up to finance. The salesman I dealt with was called Jason, (I think), and he was really helpful and down to earth. He made the whole process easy and pleasant, as we had a good laugh. I looked around the car, test drove it and we agreed on when I'd pick it up. The car was due an MOT in 2 month's time and had a problem with the indicator but they sorted it all out before I picked it up at their own expense which was a bonus. I'd definitely buy from here again.
