I really like this taxi service, great drivers, normally on time and a good receptionist. Only complaint is with Faz i believe his name is, he is always complaining, always changes 20 to 30p extra, and he comes of as rude most of the time.

I called up to book a taxi in advance, I wasn't sure of the area when giving a postcode i got huffed at and made to feel hideous that i didn't know the area when i asked if they knew the postcode as they are a taxi service *Nick* hung up on me to then do it on a second occasion, avoid this company and *Nick* you need a course in customer service your boss should be disgusted at your utter rudeness.
