Excellent range of items and fantastic prices, at least on what I was looking at. I can only speak for the cycling department, but they were very good. Knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful in guiding me to the bike most suited to my experience (none!) I had to take the bike back 2 days later as the rear wheel had a very slight buckle; the repair was going to be done there and then but then the bike mechanic offered to fit a stronger wheel free of charge for my peace of mind. This sort of customer service means I'll be buying most of my sporting equipment from Decathlon.

Always seems like a wasted journey to this shop they never seem to have what you want in stock. With disinterested staff who are more interested in tidying the place than helping find what you want to buy. .
