I've been going to Dr Lai for over 3 years now and I have found her care and treatment second to none. She takes a holistic approach to treating your whole body to restore you to full strength. I find Dr Lai extremely knowledgeable yet friendly, funny and caring at the same time. If you're thinking of trying acupuncture and improving your health - this is the place to go.

I went to Bournemouth for new year trip a few days ago. I got headache due to the weather and long time journey. Mrs Lai is that professional and nice lady. The acupuncture relieved my headache a lot and saved my new year journey. The treatment room is cozy and able to make you completely relax also. Highly recommend.
