I used them recently to replace a broken keyboard on my laptop and fix an issue with the laptop crashing. It took a bit longer than expected (through no fault of Doctor Tech's I should point out) but they kept me in the loop with what was happening, service was excellent and the fix seems to have worked brilliantly. Would definitely recommend them and would have no hesitation using them again for any IT issues.
