How long does it take to clear fly-tipped rubbish? Reported a pile of rubbish near our home only to have my case closed as I was informed it was a duplicate case. 3 months later the rubbish is still there!

I cannot express my absolute gratitude for the 2 ladies who work on the housing side..Sheila and Marie (occupation therapist)..youve helped me achieve my 1 goal..giving me my elderly parents a bungalow 5 minutes away from me. To know my mam isn't long on this land..she will end her days in her new home..this i could not do without your help. My gratitude is forever yours.

Why does my bin never get emptied? Last week my blue bin was forgotten about this week mt green bin hasn't been touched. No note left or anything. Absolutely useless. I have the biggest garden on my new build estate and my grass gets cut sometimes twice a week! I cannot cope with having a full garden waste bin. What is the point in council tax when they don't look after us!?

Funny they only respond to the few posative comments Made 3 phone calls as was told someone would call me back 3 phone calls & 2 weeks later still waiting very rude & unprofessional staff
