Just wanted to leave a great review for everyone at Drayton Croft brilliant handover of a new motorcycle. Very difficult times but felt very professional and a safe environment. Every question has always been answered will definitely use you for all my service needs and the shop colleague was super in helping me get a new helmet. (Still can't believe I forgotten my one) Can't say enough about them or the right words but I would recommend you pop up and see the team.

I have not even picked up my new ZH2 yet as that happens tomorrow but i had to just do a rewiew, I am in the motor trade myself so i know how important to me customer service is but I cannot say enough about Drayton Croft. So far they have been outstanding, I first spoke to Ben in sales who was a fantastic guy with a great attitude to his role and passion for the brand. Over the last couple of weeks i have been dealing with Jan who has guided me through and kept me informed with the process of the bike purchase. I feel she is like a friend already, you can tell just when speaking to her she knows her job inside out and is a massive motorcycling fan, whatever she is doing she needs to bottle it and sell it to other dealers in sales and all other types of business. A true asset to Drayton Croft. Looking forward to seeing the guys at the dealer tomorrow.

I want to say a big THANK YOU for how nice and professional I was treated. My dream just came true and the motorbike is now red. I was thinking pearl orange in the first place but is still a plan for the future. I wish you all the best and hope to be able to visit you soon.

Feel robbed, I bought a used fazer 1000 and negotiated a small 250 discount on the phone but still paid top money for a low mileage one, I arrived to collect it, paid for it after a brief inspection. Went to the nearest garage as it was on fumes, got 15 minutes away and up onto a motorway, opened the throttle up and no power. Turns out the exup valve is seized. Pulled into Services and called them. Richard the owner, then explained that it was sold to me without any warranty or come back on him he called it “a trade sale” and then told me that he doesn’t discount bikes. I asked to return it for my money back, he refused point blank. In fact I would say that he got mildly aggressive. Eventually he agreed to look at it and possibly fix it, however my experience means I wouldn’t trust them to do it properly. So I will be paying someone I trust to repair it. I rode it home and booked it in to my local shop. I would be very wary of buying a used machine from them. Richard gave me the big sell on the phone about his amazing reputation, how he was not like the I quote “bigger supermarket dealers, Superbike etc.”. I don’t know them, but I have bought over 30 bikes in the 35 years I have been riding. I have never felt so robbed by any dealer. So up to you if spend your money with them, but I wouldn’t visit them again, and I will let my many biking friends know about my experience.

Bought my Yamaha diversion 2nd bike. from them the 1st one still got it Excellent customer service. These guys here know how to look after you not just to sell you a bike but the after service is second to none a real nice friendly bike shop. Since I’ve put this review up I like to had I bought another bike from them for touring Jon the salesman absolutely fantastic service
