Today I have attended Ellie Extensions Weave Course. I could not be happier with the training and methods taught. Ellie is so amazing at what she does and it was a great experience to be learning from someone so professional and talented as her. As a professional with 10 year experience in the industry and running my own training academy I honestly could not recommend this course enough. Ellie and Brett are leading professionals in hair extensions trade in south west and their passion for perfection really shone through the days' training. Lovely touches such as free pizza for lunch and complimentary drinks have not gone unnoticed. Relaxed atmosphere makes you feel at ease, and their reassurance for continued support for their students, brings this course to one of the best masterclasses I have attended. Ellie is amazing. She is so knowledgable and talented I am beyond lucky to have found her. She managed to fit me in at such short notice and fix another technicians work ready for me to go on holiday. She managed to achieve the impossible and my only regret is that I didn't find her sooner. Her salon is absolutely gorgeous and she is a really lovely girl who makes you feel so welcome. Literally the best human in the world I am so grateful! Thank you Ellie!!!
I recently completed a 1-2-1, bespoke training course at Ellie Extensions training academy. As a full time hair extenionist I have been on a number of training courses previously. Ellies training far exceeded my expectations and was head and shoulders above any previous training I’ve been on. The academy is a beautiful, clean, well designed space, with free on site parking parking, a fridge full of drinks and a cupboard full of snacks. Ellie and Brett made me feel extremely welcome from the moment I arrived. They asked about my previous experience, what I hoped to get from the training day and introduced me to the site. Ellie taught me the pre-bonded, weave and glue-in bond methods of hair extension application, maintenance and removal. She matched my learning pace perfectly - parts I found easy she breezed over, and parts I found more difficult she spent time and effort helping me understand. She was extremely patient and super flexible, adapting her training to my needs. She provided a live model as well as a block for me to take home to continue practicing on. Beyond teaching me the new techniques, Ellie provided the knowledge and tools needed to run a hair extension business. This included how to complete a detailed client consultation, marketing tips & tools, and information about suppliers. Brett and Ellie catered to my request for a gluten free lunch with a delicious spread of food. They also kept me focused with coffee and soft drinks throughout the day. I was invited back to shadow Ellie fitting extensions to help solidify my new knowledge, and encouraged to send pictures of my work for constructive feedback. I have already recommended Ellie Extensions training academy to others and will continue to do so. Ellie and Brett went over and above and the training was more than worth every penny.
